Our Mission - Every student athlete deserves great care. We are focused on achieving health equity and eliminating disparities prevalent in the Los Angeles area. Understanding the need to invest in communities of color, the WCSMF-Team To Win’s multifaceted foundation continues to provide high-quality sports medicine care while also educating and uplifting the youth we serve.
What We Provide: Team to Win organizes sports medicine clinics where uninsured and underinsured student athletes may receive free or discounted health care and wellness services.
- Arrange for Sports Medicine Injury Clinic.
- Arrange for Concussion/Brain injury clinic.
- On-site certified athletic trainers.
- Sports Medicine coverage for major sporting events.
- Free Student Sports Medicine Mentoring Program, a year-round medical education program, including CPR and First Aid Certification.
- College scholarships annually to student athletes showing extraordinary commitment to academics, sports and community.
