It's in the Bag is a highly anticipated annual luncheon attended by 350 influential wish-granting enthusiasts of all ages. From the art of fashion, to music, to theatre, this fun-filled themed fete features a fashion show, an auction of luxury new designer handbags and so much more! We invite you to help us create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses through your support of this amazing event!

Meet Our Chair

Mary Oronoz is dedicated to granting as many wishes as possible! She has been a supporter of Make-A-Wish for years, having attended past It's in the Bag events with her friends to support local wish granting. Mary is an active member of  Women's Circle of Wishes, bringing fresh ideas and creativity to this anticipated annual women's luncheon. As a mom, she believes that we all have the ability to serve, inspire, and motivate others - and in addition to leading the efforts for the 2024 It's in the Bag event, she is also leading the charge for the next generation of philanthropists by engaging her children in the community projects that also support Make-A-Wish Orange County and the Inland Empire.
