Our Mission:

For six and a half decades, CCEE’s mission has been to improve California’s economic future by teaching economics and financial literacy, especially in underserved communities.

CCEE Annual Awards Gala

Each year, we gather at our Annual Awards Gala for an evening filled with gratitude and inspiration. We reflect on our successes of the past year and honor the CCEE advocates who enable us to keep doing this critical work. Join us for a cocktail and dinner reception complete with entertainment and a special opportunity drawing, as we honor those who help us realize this vision for our great state.

Student Contests

At CCEE, in addition to classroom learning, we encourage our students to participate in friendly, statewide competitions which boost confidence, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, all while having quite a bit of fun!

This year’s Gala will support our Student Competitions. Each year, students are given the opportunity, mentorship, and resources to participate in the following events: 

• Personal Finance Challenge

• The Advisor's Contest

• National Economics Challenge

• The Stock Market Game
