The recipient of this certificate is entitled to one ride along for two people in a Riverside County Sheriff's Office Helicopter. The ride will be limited to an operational period not to exceed two hours.
Restrictions: This certificate is valid for up to one year from date signed. The rider(s) must be over 18 years of age. The rider(s) must not have any felony convictions and no history of violent or narcotic crimes nor extensive misdemeanors. The rider(s) must not be involved in any investigation or involved in a civil suit with the county of Riverside before or during scheduled ride date. All riders should be dressed in an appropriate conservative manner, no sandals will be allowed during the ride along. Ride Limits and Restrictions: All riders are subject to a criminal background check prior to the ride and must sign a liability release waiver releasing the county of Riverside and the Riverside County Sheriff's Office from any and all claims; all rides with law enforcement and in any aircraft have inherent risks involved. Due to helicopter passenger weight restrictions and safety regulations and operational needs, seating space may be limited to a single rider at a time.
