Restrictions: Winner will receive a certificate valued at $200 to purchase a DOT-certified helmet at a Vespa dealership of their choice by visiting Moto Bello in Costa Mesa or Vespa Los Angeles in Sherman Oaks. Upon registering the Vespa with the DMV, the winner may submit a copy of their registration receipt to be reimbursed for the cost of DMV registration. The winner is responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules, insurance requirements, and safety regulations pertaining to Vespa ownership and operation.
