About UCI MIND

Invest in Research Today

for Hope Tomorrow

For more than 30 years, the Institute for Memory Impairments and Neurological Disorders at the University of California, Irvine (UCI MIND) has been at the forefront of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia research. Widely respected among the scientific community, UCI MIND is one of only 32 federally-designated Alzheimer’s Disease Research Centers in the nation earning highly competitive grant funding from the National Institutes of Health.

Additional private funding, however, is essential to bring researchers closer to a cure, faster. The annual A December to Remember Gala aims to generate vital philanthropic support for innovative, cutting-edge research at UCI MIND. The event attracts hundreds of philanthropists annually and has raised more than $2 million to date.
