 Formal attire is requested. Whether you wear your original prom attire or use this as a reason to get a new gown or tuxedo, we can't wait to see your best prom fashions!

Prom Court & Nominations

We will be accepting Prom Royalty nominations for King and Queen in advance of the event. Nominations are $15 each and may be purchased through the event website.

Beginning February 14, all current nominees will receive their own campaign pages, where guests will be able to “vote” for them in real time through donations, with an accurate running total displayed. The official Prom Royalty campaign launches on February 14, and nominations will remain open until the start of the event at 7:00 p.m.

Once doors open at 7:00 p.m., only individuals who were nominated before that time will be eligible to win. The only exception is a same-night write-in nomination, which will require a $1,000 donation and will still need to raise the most money to win the crown. Campaign pages will function similarly to a marathon fundraising platform, allowing supporters to contribute toward their favorite nominee throughout the evening.

Our Prom Court will be announced at 9:00 p.m., featuring the top five Queen nominees and the top five King nominees. The overall Prom King and Prom Queen will then be crowned during the program.

Prom Activities 

We’re excited to offer a variety of fun activities throughout the evening! One of the highlights is our Key to My Heart experience. Guests can purchase keys between 7:00 and 8:15 p.m., and starting at 8:30 p.m., everyone with a key will have the chance to try it on an elegant lockbox holding a stunning tennis bracelet. The lucky guest whose key unlocks the box will get to take the bracelet home!

In addition, we’ll have lots of Carnival games for everyone to enjoy. Guests can purchase tickets to play, and winners will receive Servite swag along with other fun prizes.

Parking

Free self-parking will be available in Servite’s parking lot. Valet parking will also be offered for a small fee.
