The following terms and conditions pertain to SMS text message alerts and notifications that are sent to your phone through one or more SMS text messages from Auction & Event Solutions.
By providing your phone number to Auction & Event Solutions onsite at an event or electronically, you consent to receive one or more automated texts at the phone number you provided. Some of these automated texts will notify you of items without bids, of event specific happenings, notify you when the auction is closing and when it has officially closed and alert you when you have been outbid on an item.
SMS text messages from Auction & Event Solutions are free of charge and no purchase is necessary in order to receive texts, nor is consent to any text subscription required to bid on or purchase goods or services. However, your carrier’s message & data rates may apply.
Messages for alerts such as outbid notifications may recur. The frequency depends on the number of items you bid on and how often you are outbid. Standard notification messages will be sent at specified times during the event to let you know when the auction is closing and to inform you of your winning or losing status as well as confirm purchases made.
For additional help, text HELP in reply to a text message you receive.
To cancel your SMS text notifications, text STOP in reply to a text message you receive. You may receive a subsequent message confirming your opt-out request.
SMS messages may not be available to subscribers of your carrier. Please contact your carrier for availability details.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Auction & Event Solutions’ SMS services.
